Section 230 is the part of the 1996 law that gives social media companies immunity for distributing the content published by their users.
Social media is a lies and misinformation, hate and harassment, and criminal facilitator.
Since 2014, due to a misunderstanding, lies, misinformation, and false assumptions continue to be published about me on unregulated social media. My name and reputation has been damaged. I am one of the most defamed and harassed people on the internet. Anyone can publish on the platform and there is no fact-checking required. My creative works have been stolen and illegally published on other sites. I continue to have negative energy being directed toward me, and personal harassment by email. All of this has caused great harm to me and my family. I have suffered emotional distress resulting in depression, weight gain, poor health, financial loss, and employment loss. I continue to seek legal assistance in these matters. I continue to seek opportunity which I never get. Instead, I get constant criticism, ridicule, and abuse by ignorant people. I am entitled to compensation.
Social media platforms need the following:

- Identification of Users
- User Accountability

- Users Identifiable to Police

Every Blogger, YouTuber, Redditor, TikToker, etc., is an independent contract publisher. You are liable for all the content you produce. You have to validate before you publish. Traditional media (CNN, NBC, NY Times, etc.) will verify before they publish; Social media will not. You are also liable for the comments you make.
False Facts: I have this false online public image of being a nut job, villain, or loser that causes the internet to hate, take advantage, and come after me forever. None of this "false image" is true in the real world. This is what happens when false information continues to be amplified and you believe everything you see and hear on the internet.
I'm a winner. You don't know me. I don't care for material wealth. I care more for freedom. You have to find your own happiness.
But you can have setbacks on your own success path. You'll see.
I choose to keep my life private and not share everything online. I have real people who know me. I have photos and videos of friends and family. I have attended multiple private and public events with no issue. I have worked at multiple companies. The false bloggers know nothing about me in the real world and post lies about me in the online world.
I have a White social media owner, Joshua Moon, on the NIL, who thinks he owns me and can publish my content freely. He is not allowed. He has zero rights to my work. You need a license to publish my work and he doesn't have one. I sent him an invoice for past hosting. He is trying to steal my content and brand value for himself. His zero-validated thread on me is full of lies, misinformation, and copyright violations, and has caused me much harm. Even God knows that I am not on the site on a regular basis. I am a cow to him and he is a criminal to me. I have integrity and he does not. No wonder he is banned from hosting in the US. He thought I was some delusional nut job that he could take advantage of. What a loser!
The White Establishment wouldn't tolerate this kind of abuse for one day. But for me, the abuse has been ongoing now for more than ten years.
America is a place where people use you and abuse you, because that is all I have experienced so far.
It is dangerous when anonymous people can publish lies and misinformation as false truths. Social media is traditional media without any rules and regulation, and that is dangerous.
Here is my apology I wrote back in 2015, which I just made available again. I mistakenly took it down when I should have kept it up.
I have explained myself too many times already, and I shouldn't have too.
My mistake at the private 2014 Tesla meeting in front of Elon Musk continues to go viral and I continue to be punished for it. I broke down by accident and misspoke. None of that was planned nor intentional, and I apologized at that moment. My life has been turned upside down since that day.
The content continues to be shared without the proper context and explanation: I asked for financial assistance just before the meeting started and was turned down. I was frustrated and broke down because of my "personal finance issues" and lack of opportunity to correct it, and not because I wanted to be an executive and run the company. It only appears that way. I repeat. It only appears that way. Even God knows that I'm telling the truth. Nobody validated the content before showing it. The "dumb and dangerous" bloggers ran with their assumptions and decided to show the world. The video clip should have been attached with a "community note" explaining the facts a long time ago.
I moved on from this non-event the moment it happened. It is the "internet" who continues to rehash it because of lack of proper controls on social media. Normally, you might get harassment for something bad you did for like two weeks or so, but for me, the harassment has been ongoing for more than ten years. I don't need a repeating target on my back.
Headlines matter and they will either lead or mislead. The headline or caption should read, "Guy accidentally broke down because of his financial situation and misspoke." Any other headline or caption is misleading because you are getting past the truth.
My privacy was violated at least two hundred times by having the content carelessly republished by amateurs. The general public got involved with a private meeting that has nothing to do with them. You were not supposed to see the meeting clip to discuss it. People have the right to privacy in their enclosed space. You don't have the right to redistribute the content online. You would need permission first. And you don't have mine. You never did.
I can't go on a plane or train or in a restaurant and record everyone as I see fit, and then redistribute online. That is a privacy violation and a rights violation. If two people have a discussion or whatever in an enclosed space and you decide to record it, you would need the permission of both people to publish it online. And I am pretty sure you are not going to get it.
I have been trying to take legal action since day one, but haven't found legal counsel to assist me. My life went from bad to worse. This woman on a plane is suing for a similar viral event and the negative effects it has caused.
My name is damaged and that bothers me a lot because I have a false history written by a bunch of unauthorized amateurs. Your name and reputation is everything in life.
I don't need false accusations from anyone and I don't need perpetual defamation or abuse. I don't have the time and resources to respond to hundreds of videos and thousands of false comments about me. I tried doing that in the beginning. I can't police the internet forever. I am exhausted from all of this.
The dumb and dangerous bloggers, who have no proof to back up their claims, want to showcase me repeatedly as some nut job to the whole world and make me look bad. They want the freedom to publish without any liability. Too bad you didn't focus on helping me with opportunity and capital so I can go "build and create" and make society better. That's what makes all of you one big failure. The public who complained about me shouldn't complain about all of the major societal problems we have now like fraud and theft. Don't complain. I don't want to hear it. No wonder the country is in worse shape ten years later. All of you are the automatic "cringe" in my book. If you want to label me, I will label you right back. Just give me your real names. You're lucky the internet allows you to be anonymous criminals.
Lies and misinformation will create more lies and misinformation, and so on and so forth. "When you rely on misinformation, you become misinformation." For more than ten years, third-parties have been spreading lies and misinformation about me.
Going forward, you can be anonymous to the public but not to the host platform and law enforcement. This way if there's an official police complaint, your identity will be known and you will be prosecuted. I've complained multiple times to the police about the harassment I have received.
I have never been delusional in my entire life. I know who I am. I don't need my intelligence insulted by anyone.
I would love to work in the asset management industry to showcase my "exceptional ability" in picking stocks, but I never get that life-changing million dollar opportunity. I can outperform the market. The success from managing investments would allow me to pursue other ventures.
I don't get opportunities for success, so I have to create my own. I get offered servitude instead.
I also have potential "exceptional ability" when it comes to writing and performing music.
People make mistakes all of the time. That doesn't mean you harass them for the rest of their lives. We all make mistakes. Nobody is perfect.
I have received over a hundred harassment emails from random people.
I have received zero assistance and get attacked instead.
I have been treated like a criminal.
This has been a huge setback for me. My life has been disrupted.
If I was a nut job and a threat, I would be committing mass shootings or mass harm every week like you young people do. I'm not featured on the news every week doing crazy things. Thank you.
Go look in the mirror for mental illness. You are a disgrace.
Social media has messed up your young minds. Put the phone down and physically meet and talk to people. Go and play sports together or play chess in person. Do this at least once a week. You will feel better afterwards.
The young internet community wants to "cancel me" permanently. First, the Millennials come after me due to lies and misinformation. Now, Gen Z is coming after me. The community decided to hijack and narrate my false story, and that makes them reckless and dangerous. I am entertainment for them. All of you who have harmed me with your lies don't deserve to be on the internet. You are immature and inexperienced. You need to be canceled, not me.

You people gang up on me and come after me. You falsely made me into a villain. You painted me as some nut job and loser. You are all criminals. Give me your real names, because I'm ready to cancel all of you. Give me all of your contact information. You are all one big hate group in my book. Some reject Anthony S, who is on the NIL, sends me an email based on the information from all of you other rejects. Ask @Warkikia, David W who is also on the NIL about being canceled. What a liar and a loser!
I tell people to leave me alone but they still come after me. That's what makes them criminals.

I don't really care to create content, but I do care if false content is created about me. Now in 2025, I plan to embrace being a content creator.
Social media is great for criminals. There is no "rule of law" when it comes to social media. You could do whatever you want, for as long as you can get away with it. There is no real policing or enforcement.
Social media companies are greedy middlemen who make the most profit and take advantage of the current law. The CEOs are not the ones being harmed, but I am. They are the ones who are profiting at my expense. They love their current business model where they have zero liability and unlimited profitability.
I have built social media since 2014. I am featured everywhere. Where is my money at? Where is my cut?
You need to be careful when you talk about someone you don't really know.
I have no problem featuring anyone who lies about me. Just give me your real name.
My online presence continues to be harmed. I have trolls who attack me in the comment section resulting in the comments being turned off.
It is easy to talk about someone when you're anonymous, but difficult to talk about them when you're not.
Overall, I would be in so much better shape if it wasn't for all of this. I never imagined my health to be this poor. My family life and work life has been greatly affected. The wife is not in good health. Our "quality of life" has declined.
I had a ton of negative energy sent my way. I don't need that. Too much negative energy will kill you.
The continued harmful stress from social media, which has been medically documented from the beginning, has caused me to have employment and financial loss.
I have gained a lot of weight due to all of the stress, which has been difficult to lose due to the continued stress. The stress continues to build and will eventually kill me. I don't get any peace. Nobody deserves to be treated like this.
Anonymous people take pleasure in causing me pain.
It is criminal to intentionally copy and publish someone's work, post lies and misinformation, and harass people online.
I have my own hate group.
People will harm you if they feel they can get away with it.
The majority of harm comes from people who feel empowered to own and exploit me, use and abuse me.
You can kill people with intentional lies and misinformation.
